To use our services, you can book by phone or email, telling the type of service you want to use, the date of arrival and departure and the telephone number.

You can pay conveniently on the spot, either in cash, by credit/debit card, prepaid and cards enabled to the POS system or by bank transfer, to be made before or during your trip.

At the time of delivery of the car you will be asked for a driver’s license category B and an identity document, both valid for the duration of the rental and in the name of the driver.

No, for the 9-seater vans a B category driving licence is sufficient.

All valid driving licences issued by a state of the European Union are accepted for rental, these must be accompanied by an identity document.
If you have a foreign driving licence NOT issued by a European Union State, you need to obtain an international driving permit or a translation of the licence in order to drive in Italy.

Our vehicles are sanitized before and after each trip, using specific and professional products for an assured sanitization.

All Safe Car Rental cars are always delivered with fuel. The same quantity must be present at the time of vehicle delivery.

Of course, we do the billing service for each rental.

Upon receiving a police fine, Safe Car Rental will notify the competent authorities with the address of the person who signed the contract of hire. Therefore the driver will receive the fine to be paid directly to his house by post. In order to manage the procedure, Safe Car Rental will charge you a fee for each fine received or unpaid motorway toll.
