For those who want to live a deep experience like that of a religious tour, Sicily is the ideal place.

– The Sanctuary of Tindari (in the municipality of Patti, in the province of Messina), is located on top of a hill overlooking the sea, place of great fascination destination of many faithful during the year. The Greek archaeological site, to the east, is located on a plain. The sanctuary is surrounded by numerous legends, very much is the cult of the Madonna Bruna, better known as Black Virgin of Tindari, represented by a statue of the Virgin Mary with black skin, while the high altar is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

– The Cathedral of Sant’Agata is the main church of the city of Catania: it was built at the beginning of the Middle Ages, then undergo several interventions over the centuries, so it has various styles, from Norman, Baroque to Neoclassical.
